Payment options: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

Shipping and Handling: Orders take 5-10 business days for completion plus shipping time. Items are shipped via usps First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. CurlyMonkey™ cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave the post ofice.

International Shipping: We gladly ship outside the US. Please contact us with your location for an exact quote. Buyer is responsible for custom fees if any.

CurlyMonkey™ is located in Los Angeles, CA and sales tax is added to orders that are shipped within CA.

Return/Exchange: If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, neither are we.
We will exchange your article if:
* the wrong size/color/style was shipped
* the article is defective

Note: If for any reason you have a problem with your order - contact us to resolve the issue.
Please note that our products are handcrafted in small runs. If we can't provide the article you need, we will offer a store credit or a refund.
Please return your unused item in its original condition within 14 days after receiving it.
Items that have been used, laundred, scented or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange.
Buyer agrees to pay for return charges with delivery confirmation. All sales are final for "One of a kind" or "on sale" item.

Care Instructions: Machine washable. For best results wash in cold water, dry on low heat.
Do not iron the decoration.
